Barbara Hadley is a Global People Leader with over 20 years of experience leading all people operations functions including Culture & Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Development & Management, and Total Rewards.

 

She has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources including strategic planning, mergers & acquisition transformation, change management, program design & implementation, operations, and team leadership.

 

Barbara works with small to mid-sized organizations providing people strategy for business optimization and prosperity. Barbara fosters deep relationships with her clients as a trusted partner in developing optimal people and business solutions. She is a considerate and innovative leader with a passion for service excellence. Barbara is passionate about streamlining HR operations while delivering exceptional employee services.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Masters in Education in Adult Learning & Organizational Development from Boston University. She has her Senior Professional Human Resources certification. Barbara holds a Board position with the Salt Lake City chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) as the Associate Director of Programming. 

 

When Barbara is not creating and leading high performing businesses and teams, you can find her in a hot yoga studio, swimming, running, hiking, skiing, camping, traveling, attending a live concert or play, or on the sidelines of a hockey or soccer game for her children. She is an active volunteer in her community with her daughter through the National Charity League. She is an avid reader of historical fiction and business books. She is a prolific writer and loves a good Wordle challenge at the end of the day.
